The Offsite Construction Guide aims to give government project teams practical instruction on how to evaluate, procure and deliver projects using modern construction methods. Through reading this Guide, government project teams should gain an appreciation and an understanding for the potential for Offsite Construction in public projects. This will help steer the adoption of offsite construction across Government.

ABCB Consultation on the Integrity of private building surveyors
In 2017, Building Minsters authorised an assessment of the effectiveness of compliance and enforcement systems for the building and construction industry across Australia. The resulting Building Confidence Report (BCR) made 24 recommendations for a best practice model for compliance and enforcement, to strengthen the effective implementation of the National Construction Code (NCC).
