Lou McManamon is Mentoring Program Manager at SoCLA. Prior to joining SoCLA in 2019, Louise worked in HR and recruitment with one of the Big 4 consulting firms in London. She brings a genuine curiosity for people and a love of learning to the role -- and applies both to the careful, individual consideration that goes into every mentee/mentor pairing in the program.
