Research Resources Guide

To assist students with legal research, the Melbourne Law School Construction Law Program publishes a guide to key construction law research resources.

The guide covers relevant resources, including:

  • a listing of key texts and E-books;
  • journals and cases;
  • law firm publications;
  • professional bodies;
  • standards online; and
  • useful links.

Please note that licensed resources listed in the guide are only available to University of Melbourne staff and currently-enrolled students of the University of Melbourne.

Online Discussion

The various Societies of Construction Law (including the Australian Society) maintain LinkedIn Groups and twitter feeds.

Membership which remain unpaid as at 31 October 2020 will automatically lapse.
