Bronwyn is the Managing Director of Weir Legal & Consulting. Bronwyn specialises in advising government regulators and is known for her expertise in building regulation. In 2017, Bronwyn co-authored the Building Confidence Report
with Professor Peter Shergold which remains an influential report in policy development. She continues to advise Australian governments on building regulatory matters including the impacts of combustible cladding, security of payment, regulating developers, apartment defects, product safety, home building insurance and the improvements to regulatory practice. In addition to building regulation, Bronwyn advises regulators in sectors including education, health and water.
