- This paper will examine the change in the way common construction claims may be substantiated in the future. It will investigate and analyse how recently-developed technologies currently (or predicted to soon be) utilised on construction sites will affect:
- the type of evidence sought to be relied on in proving construction claims; and
- the collation and presentation of such evidence in the various forms of construction dispute resolution, including adjudication, arbitration and litigation..
- The issues these developments present for lawyers are then considered.
