Nominations are now open for the Tom Yuncken Young Construction Lawyer Award 2018. Nominations close at 4.00 pm on 28 April 2018.
Since 2008 the Victorian Construction & Infrastructure Committee of the Law Council of Australia (Committee) has been conducting the Tom Yuncken Young Construction Lawyer Award which was established in memory of Allens Arthur Robinson partner and construction lawyer Tom Yuncken, a former Chair of the Victorian Committee. Previously a Victorian award, it is now a national award open to all eligible Australian young construction lawyers.
The Award recognises excellence in the field of construction law and practice and is sponsored by the Society of Construction Law Australia and the Building Dispute Practitioners Society.
