The Honourable Peter Vickery QC has been the Patron of the Society of Construction Law Australia since its inauguration over 12 years ago. The Society has received a letter of resignation from the Honourable Peter Vickery QC. The Board has accepted his resignation.
The Society notes there was an investigation undertaken by Kate Eastman SC and acknowledges the Statement from the Honourable Anne Ferguson, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Victoria. The Society supports the right of all people to feel safe and secure in the workplace, free from harassment.
