The Society of Construction Law Australia has been invite to participate in the Building Ministers Forum’s discussions on the Building Confidence Report, “Building Confidence – Improving the effectiveness of compliance and enforcement systems for the building and construction industry across Australia”.

The Society would like to hear members’ comments on the report generally and the recommendations specifically. To enable them to be collated in time for the discussion members are requested to provide their comments by 6 August 2018.
