For the past eight years, the School of International Arbitration at the Queen Mary University of London has conducted a major empirical survey into International Arbitration. Previous QMUL surveys are available here.
This year's survey focuses on efficiency in international construction arbitrations and aims to identify the causes of inefficiency in resolving international construction disputes, suggest practical steps forward, and challenge perceptions. The QMUL media release and recent Kluwer Arbitration Blog post providing further information about the survey are available here and here.
Members are invited to share their experience by completing the survey here. The survey will remain open until Friday 26 July 2019.
