Bid Challenges in Australia, the US and the UK

This paper will examine the contents of the Government Procurement (Judicial Review) Bill 2017 and its likely impact for procuring agencies in Australia, before briefly looking at its wider international context, and drawing some comparisons with its U.S and U.K. counterparts. This paper will conclude by offering procuring agencies some practical tips in preparing for the Bill, as well as against bid challenges more generally.
