Reviving the Victorian Adjudication Review Process

Via an empirical study, this paper starts by exploring the possible measures and barriers to revive the Victorian review process. The paper then concludes by not only proposing substantial novel amendments to revive the Victorian review process but also addressing the barriers emerging from such revival.
