Perth- Navigating the AS4000 Redraft: Key Considerations from Industry Power Users

The Society of Construction Law Australia and Dispute Resolution Board Foundation are pleased to invite you to join them for a co-hosted panel hosted by Pinsent Masons at Dexus Place, Perth

Registration for this event has now closed.

AS4000 was born in 1997 which makes it (just) a millennial. And, just like the generation it aligns with, it’s having a quarter-life ‘moment’ and beginning to re-imagining its future self. In this case in the form of a re-draft.

Join us and a distinguished panel of experts and power users of the form to discuss the current proposed changes and whether the amended form will respond to the current challenges in the industry.

The panellists are:

  • Brian Miller (Independent Barrister & Arbitrator, Francis Burt Chambers)
  • Helen McGahan (Senior Legal Counsel, INPEX)
  • Yee Yang Ong (General Counsel, Ertech)

With moderator:

  • Nicole Whitby (Partner, Pinsent Masons)
