Determining the real issues in dispute: Efficient and effective case management in the TEC List
The Society of Construction Law Australia is honoured to announce that The Hon. Justice Stynes will be presenting to us in Melbourne on the very important topic of 'Determining the real issues in dispute: Efficient and effective case management in the TEC List.'
Justice Stynes is not only the judge in charge of the Technology, Engineering and Construction (TEC) List in the Supreme Court of Victoria, but is also Patron of the Society of Construction Law Australia. Her Honour has a wealth of experience and expertise in construction law, and has contributed a great deal over the years to SoCLA. So we are absolutely thrilled to have her present at this very special event.
The formal presentation will commence promptly at 6.00pm, and there will be an opportunity for attendees to ask questions at the end of the event.
The event will also be followed by drinks and light snacks, and will provide attendees with an opportunity to network with others who have an interest in the construction industry and construction law.
