Seminar on Variations - Melbourne - 30 April 2015

Members are advised of a presentation on the subject of ‘Can a principal ever be under a duty to instruct a variation?’ The presentation will be held at the Melbourne office of Holman Fenwick Willan at Level 41, Bourke Place, 600 Bourke Street, Melbourne on 30 April 2015. Two sessions are currently on offer, one at lunchtime (12.45pm for 1pm) and one in the evening (5.45pm for 6pm). Michael Sergeant and Nick Longley, both from Holman Fenwick Willan, will be presenting. Further details can be found here.
