SoCLA's Young Constructors Committee presents a "campfire conversation" on 18 July 2018 between leading commercial and legal experts who will share their views and answer your questions on the present and future of collaborative contracting.  The event will involve nuanced discussion of the benefits, challenges and future of so-called "collaborative" and "adversarial" contracting, by reference to commercial and legal drivers, project performance and recent endorsements of collaborative contracting by government.
