The Society of Construction Law Australia, Young Constructors Committee (Victoria) invites you to a Q&A Panel – Delay on Construction Projects It will involve a whole-of-project all-angles view of some of the most critical issues on any project: progress and delay. Led by experienced practitioners in the construction industry, the panellists will provide insight on avoiding, managing and allocating the responsibility for delayed projects, from the project delivery, forensic expert and legal points of view. The panellists will also answer your questions, or discuss any issues, that you submit to the organisers by Wednesday, 4 April 2018.  The panellists are: James Lyall  |  Forensic Delay Expert, HKA Alison Close  |  Special Counsel, Clayton Utz Evan Papadopoulos  |  Principal – Construction, Time & Place Membership of SoCLA is not required.  We welcome all industry participants and students who want to attend this exciting event.  Please RSVP and send your questions to Sean Kelly and Zan Mazharullah  by Wednesday, 4 April 2018.
