The session will compare and contrast the laws relating to oral variations in England and in Australia, and how they may arise during the course of construction projects in those jurisdictions.

The event will be hosted by Corrs Chambers Westgarth, Level 25, 567 Collins Street, Melbourne, Vic 3000..The event will be preceded by drinks and light snacks from 5.30pm AEDT, with the session commencing at 7.00pm AEDT.

The event will commence at 8:00am GMT at Keating Chambers, 15 Essex Street, London WC2R 3AA. A light breakfast will be served following the session.
