Insolvency in the Construction Sector – Finding the Light at the End of the Tunnel

Please join insolvency practitioner David Kennedy, barrister Will Marshall and lawyers Kon Nakousis and Anna Schwartz who will be sharing practical guidance and considerations for those in the construction industry who are or might be impacted by the insolvency of a JV partner, contractor or sub-contractor.

The event will include lessons learnt from recent case studies and discussion of:

• the primary causes of contractor insolvencies and their impact on construction projects; 
• insolvency risk avoidance and management; and
• the role of the external administrator and dealings with a company in external administration.
