Delay Analysis: Is It Really That Hard?

Mark Griffith a Director of Hinds Blunden will present on 'Delay Analysis: Is It Really That Hard?' in Sydney on Wednesday 1 July 2015. The seminar was recently presented in Brisbane and it was a great success.  Members are encouraged to attend. The seminar will take place at the offices of Wotton + Kearney at Level 26, 85 Castlereagh St, Sydney.  It will commence at 5:30pm (for 5:45). Details can be found here.
In almost all disputes over extension of time, the parties involved will propose one or more delay analysis method - such as time impacted, as-planned impacted, as-built, and windows analysis - as the appropriate means of assessment. When faced with such different methods of analysis, how do parties decide which method is best for their particular circumstances? This presentation will review the recognised methodologies and examine the circumstances where each is best utilised. Finally, concurrency will be addressed, and we will explain why it is not as complicated as often made out. Details can be found here
