In almost all disputes over extension of time, the parties involved will propose one or more delay analysis method - such as time impacted, as-planned impacted, as-built, and windows analysis - as the appropriate means of assessment.
When faced with such different methods of analysis, how do parties decide which method is best for their particular circumstances?
This presentation will review the recognised methodologies and examine the circumstances where each is best utilised. Finally, concurrency will be addressed, and we will explain why it is not as complicated as often made out.
