Seminar - WA - Construction Law Update - Nov 2014

The Society will host a joint event with the Institute of Arbitrators and Mediators and the Business Law Section of the Law Council of Austraia in Perth on Tuesday 25 November 2014.  The event, entitled 'WA Construction Law Update' will include discussion on recent cases, the review of the Construction Contracts Act and the Perth Centre for Energy and Resources Arbitration.  The panel of three speakers will ensure that this is an interesting presentation. The presentation will take place at the offices of Lavan Legal at 1 William Street, Perth.  The presentation will commence at 4:30pm and will concluse at 6:00pm. More details can be found here.
