The workshop will focus on the requirements for briefing expert witnesses and the common traps that can diminish the effectiveness of the expert in court.
As part of the evening’s discussions, Jodi Steele and Mark Dempsey SC will provide a mock examination in chief and cross examination of Karen Wenham.
