Society of Construction Law Hong Kong - One Day International Conference 2013

Following the successful One Day International Construction Law Conference 2012, the SCLHK is pleased to announce its 2013 One Day International Conference.  The theme of this year’s conference will be “Is there a best form of contract for Hong Kong?” The international standard forms. Various aspects of the conference will focus on the different forms of contract currently in use, including private, Government and standard forms will be discussed including a comparative review of the various forms, differing administration procedures and dealing with dispute resolution.
