Adelaide End of Year Function

SoCLA invites you to celebrate the end of another huge year in Construction Law. Come and catch up with Andrew Robertson, of Piper Alderman, Chair of the Society of Construction Law, and Jeremy Coggins, the winner of this year’s Brooking prize for his paper ‘'Levelling the Playing Field’ – A proposal for the regulation of unfair contract terms in construction contracts. Andrew will be commenting on some of the key industry events of 2019. Jeremy will open a discussion on his paper and the feedback he received at this year’s SoCLA conference.
