Online webinar presented by Clare Connellan and Dr Matthew Secomb of White & Case. More information is available on this flyer. Queen Mary University of London (QMUL) partnered with White & Case LLP to undertake the 2021 International Arbitration Survey titled ‘Adapting arbitration to a changing world.’ The Survey focuses on the adaptability of arbitration to a changing world. It explores how international arbitration has adapted, and continues to adapt, as the interests and needs of the arbitration community reflect global changes, including the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. The Survey saw the widest ever pool of respondents, with over 1,200 written responses and almost 200 oral interviews, involving diverse stakeholders around the world.  In this webinar, Clare and Matthew will discuss key themes and issues arising from the Survey with a particular focus on the construction industry and developments in both the UK and Asia-Pacific regions.
