Registration entitles delegates to the following:
- Welcome Reception
- Attendance at all Conference Sessions
- Daily catering as per the program
- Conference handbook
- Name badge
Your registration and payment will be acknowledged via email or post with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. Payment must accompany your form to confirm your registration.
Cancellation and refund policy
- All cancellations, alterations or transfers must be notified in writing to the Chair, Conference Organising Committee at email@example.com
- Cancellations received one month before the conference will be refunded in full, less a 25% deduction to cover administration costs. Cancellations received after this date will not be entitled to a refund
- Transfer of registration is accepted at any time.
Delegates are advised that segments of the Conference may be filmed or photographed. If you do not wish to be filmed or photographed, or your name and organisation included in the delegate list, please notify the conference organiser on firstname.lastname@example.org. By registering you are deemed to have accepted that you may be photographed or filmed, unless you have otherwise notified the conference organiser.
