Seeing is believing – and seeing virtual reality technology in action (in particular how it is able to be used directly from engineered BIM models) inspires thinking about how it can be used to help avoid or minimise construction claims. But it is this ability to feel what a project will be like before constructed, to be able to represent the huge volumes of data being produced for projects, that offers one of the greatest paradigm shifts for the construction industry today.
