Infrastructure NSW issued a Guidance Document for Commercial Principles following consultation with agencies and industry stakeholders.
The Guideline was prepared to support NSW Government agencies with resolving the impacts of the construction pause on the Government’s infrastructure program, and provided additional commercial principles and guidance to be adapted by delivery agencies on a case by case basis. It was also capable of being applied by State Owned Corporations and other tiers of government.
The document has been updated now that construction has resumed in parts of Greater Sydney.
The original and updated guidance documents are available on the Infrastructure NSW website.
Transport NSW has provided this document regarding payment support requests associated with the construction pause between 19 July and 30 July 2021.
