Friday 17 Aug 2018

Artificial intelligence (AI) is set to revolutionise the construction and legal industry. In fact it has been predicted that AI will bring about the next industrial revolution. As such, it is necessary for professionals in the construction and legal industries to understand AI and advanced Robotic Technologies and the ways in which it will alter the landscape of the industry.

This paper will explore the recent developments and evolving trends in the way that AI and advanced Robotic Technologies is playing, and will play in the construction industry. It will also examine the legal and contractual mechanisms that should be adopted/developed by owners/contractors in an increasingly uncertain environment to safeguard their investments/assets.
