The Society of Construction Law Australia was launched across the country in May & June of 2009. Its objects are stated in the Constitution as being
'… to promote the education, study and research (and publication of the useful results of such research) in the field of construction law and related subjects both in Australia and overseas for the benefit of the public and the construction industry.'

Our student membership is available to undergraduate and graduate students, both full and part time.
The Society has a policy to assist members who may be facing a temporary difficulty in paying all or some of the membership fee. The policy can be viewed here.
