UWA Law School - Construction Law Workshop : 13-15 November 2017

UWA Law School is offering a construction law workshop from 13 to 16 November 2017. 

This workshop will examine the fundamentals of construction law with an emphasis on their use in the context of oil & gas and mining projects. 

Chris Ryder LLB (Hons), MBA and Philip Loots B.Com, LLB, PMD (Harvard) will lead the workshop. 

Chris, a partner at Corrs Chambers Westgarth, is one of Australia’s leading construction lawyers.  Philip is an experienced adjudicator, mediator, arbitrator and in-house counsel, with over 40 years’ legal experience in the international engineering and construction industry. 

The workshop will entitle participants to 6 CPD points (Competency Areas 2 and 4) or 6 credit points.
