Dr Navid Sedaghati, Senior Legal & Commercial Executive at CPB Contractors
Dr Navid Sedaghati brings over 21 years of end-to-end legal experience from private practice, in-house counsel and as a barrister within top tier chambers, as well as the perspective in his current role as the senior lawyer responsible for all of the legal work on the Warringah Freeway Upgrade JV.

Kelly Linton has 15+ years in construction and commercial management. Her recent work includes working for consultancies and being seconded into projects as a Senior Commercial Manager with Australia’s tier-one contractors as well as experience within claims management and leading procurement teams in pre-contracts and delivery phases of projects.
