The focus of the Expert sub committee will be the role of the expert, preparing a program for expert witnesses, writing expert reports, researching and producing protocols such as the delay & disruption one produced in the UK. It will also be responsible for compiling a program not only for experts but also one that allows for presentations by experts across the industry. It will also be responsible for sourcing good presenters to cater for the needs of the membership body and will assist in assessing appropriate topics and presenters for all centres around the country.
